Skipp Electrics was engaged by Customised Projects to deliver the complete electrical package for a 16-apartment Specialist Disability Accommodation development in Bennett Springs. The scope covered everything from initial temporary power and mains protection through to full fit-off, common area lighting, telecommunications infrastructure, solar provision and a series of post-contract variations.

Working closely with the builder and other trades, we provided a fully coordinated electrical installation across all apartments and shared spaces, while maintaining SDA requirements and tight construction timelines. Our team also managed several follow-on packages – including AC wiring, additional power requirements, consumer mains protection, and minor layout changes –to support design adjustments and end-user needs as the project progressed.
