Sinead White is the operational backbone of Skipp Electrics, with 15 years’ experience in business operations and administration. She oversees daily operations, improves processes, manages the admin team, and ensures the business runs smoothly and consistently.

Beyond operations, Sinead shapes Skipp Electrics’ external presence, contributing to branding, marketing, website development, and business identity. She combines analytical skill and creativity to ensure the company presents the same professionalism externally as it delivers on-site.

Practical, proactive, and deeply invested in the company’s success, Sinead is known for her ability to bring order from chaos and make complex tasks feel achievable. Outside of work, she is a devoted mum to two young boys and enjoys a grounded, family-focused life with her fiancé James. She brings patience, humour, and warmth to everything she does, both at home and in the workplace.

With more than 17 years in the electrical industry, Dean brings a depth of knowledge that spans residential, commercial, industrial, and mining environments. His qualifications in air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation give him a rare versatility, but it’s his precision, discipline, and uncompromising attention to detail that set him apart.

Dean is known for his calm, methodical approach to complex works, his ability to mentor apprentices and tradesmen, and his commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. Clients trust him because he follows through, communicates clearly, and treats every site as a reflection of Skipp Electrics’ reputation.

Outside of work, Dean is a devoted fiancé and father, spending most of his downtime with his young family. He’s passionate about golf, fishing, and staying active, and he values any chance to switch off, recharge, and enjoy life with the people who matter most.

With more than 18 years in the electrical industry, Jesse brings deep technical knowledge and a broad skill set shaped by experience across small–to–medium projects, commercial and domestic work, high-end private schools, and even fast-paced national fast-food chains. Having previously run his own business, he understands both the trade and the operational demands behind successful project delivery—making him a highly capable leader within our service division.

Jesse is known for his meticulous eye for detail, methodical problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. He brings calm leadership to complex jobs, supports the team with clarity and consistency, and ensures every task reflects the standard Skipp Electrics is known for.

Outside of work, Jesse values time with his wife, Kirsty, and their two children, bringing the same integrity and reliability to his work.

Jon brings over a decade of diverse electrical experience, having worked across solar, oil and gas, underground installations, and—most recently—commercial projects. His broad industry background gives him a unique ability to adapt quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.

Known for his strong work ethic and steady, reliable approach on-site, Jon takes pride in getting things done properly the first time. He’s a valuable part of the Skipp Electrics team, bringing technical skill, initiative, and a commitment to consistent, high-standard workmanship.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys training at the gym, spending time outdoors, and soaking up life at home with his partner and their baby girl, Ivy. He’s all about balance—working hard, staying active, and prioritising family.

Cooper is a skilled tradesman with seven years of industry experience, recently joining the Skipp Electrics team after relocating from Victoria in pursuit of new opportunities and bigger challenges. With a background spanning commercial, industrial, and automotive electrical systems — as well as new builds and restoration work — Cooper brings a diverse, highly adaptable skill set to every project.

Cooper is known for his strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and dependable approach. He delivers clean, compliant, high-quality work and brings versatile experience that makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Will is a highly capable tradesman whose six years in the electrical industry have seen him develop strong technical proficiency across residential, commercial, and project-based work. From new home builds and renovations to complex commercial installations, Will brings a level of precision, pride, and consistency that makes him stand out on any site.

Known for his meticulous workmanship and organised, methodical approach, Will sets a high standard in everything he touches. He has an eye for finish, a natural instinct for problem-solving, and a calm, steady presence that brings confidence to both clients and the team. Caleb is a first-year electrical apprentice with over a decade of experience in industrial construction and inspection. He brings a strong work ethic, disciplined time management, and a proactive approach to the trade.

Since joining Skipp Electrics, Caleb has become a dependable team member who shows initiative and a strong commitment to learning the trade. He is developing new skills, taking ownership of tasks, and has recently commenced TAFE to support his growth.

Caleb brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach, asking questions and contributing ideas that support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Originally from New Zealand, Caleb enjoys life in Western Australia. Outside work, he stays active with fishing, mountain biking, and time with friends and his partner, bringing energy, discipline, and drive to Skipp Electrics.

Paul is a third-year electrical apprentice currently building his experience across a variety of commercial and maintenance projects. He has previously worked in appliance repairs, mining, and construction environments, giving him a broad introduction to the trade before joining Skipp Electrics.

Paul brings a calm, approachable nature to the team and is always willing to lend a hand where needed. He is developing his skills steadily and continues to grow in confidence as he takes on new tasks and responsibilities. Paul has also contributed to our internal projects, including assisting with photography for Skipp Electrics marketing and projects.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time at the gym, cooking, and barbecuing. He’s also learning guitar — a challenge he’s taken on with the same steady persistence he applies on-site.

Abby provides day-to-day administrative and operational support across Skipp Electrics, working closely with the wider team to keep internal processes running smoothly. Her role spans administration, accounts support, invoicing, email management, and workflow coordination, with a strong focus on clear communication and organisation.

With a solid background in office support and internal coordination, Abby plays an important role behind the scenes — assisting with client communication, managing correspondence, and supporting the operational flow of the business. She is detail-oriented, reliable, and brings a calm, consistent approach to her work.

Outside of work, Abby values a balanced, down-to-earth lifestyle. She enjoys slow mornings with her family and is passionate about personal growth and learning. She also enjoys giving back and is involved in charity work whenever she can — values that align strongly with the culture of Skipp Electrics.
